Michael Citro is a seasoned software engineer with a rich background in full-stack development and cloud computing. With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Michael has a robust foundation in software engineering and software architecture.

Mina Youssef is an accomplished Assistant Vice President at L'Oréal, where he currently leads Skincare Product Development for North America. With over 8 years at L'Oréal, Mina has held various pivotal roles, including Director of Product Development for Thayers and Garnier, and Brand Lead for Carol's Daughter & Soft Sheen Carson Haircare. His extensive experience includes driving sustainability initiatives, developing business strategies, and achieving significant cost savings through strategic collaborations and innovations.

Ishwarya Citro is a software engineer with extensive experience in web development and software design. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Montclair State University. Ishwarya has worked at LinkedIn and NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where she optimized memory usage, managed news content delivery, and implemented microservices. Ishwarya's work has earned her recognition, including research on selective mutism in children presented at international conferences, showcasing her ability to leverage technology to solve complex problems effectively.

Sreenivasan Manivannan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Montclair State University (Magna Cum Laude). Early in his career, he gained valuable experience working for organizations such as IBM and AT&T. Currently, he works as a Project/Product manager specializing in Data Sciences and Data Analytics. His career encompasses a diverse range of projects, including IoT and mobile applications, business intelligence, and epidemiology. With extensive experience in leading complex initiatives, he is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving success in every project he undertakes.
